How to set up an EyeBeam softphone to connect to CRM Krusher
The EyeBeam softphone is designed for the Windows operating system. But at the moment, its development is suspended, which is not the reason not to use it, if you have it.
Install and start customizing.
You can find the connection data in CRM Krusher by opening the Settings – Users menu item and clicking on the name of the user you need. After that, the form will open in the lowest block, which will be visible data for access.
Now it’s time to add a SIP connection. To do this, we click on the triangle (which is located on the left of the three buttons in the header of the phone) and in the menu that appears, select “SIP Account Settings”.
In the window that appears, add a new account (click on the “Add” button)
- Display name – we enter the name, for own understanding of the name of the account
- User name – login to connect SIP account
- Password – password to connect
- Domain – domain and port to connect
You also need to check whether the checkbox “Register with domain and receive calls” is checked and “domain” is selected in the list “Send outbound via”
After completing the entry of information, it is necessary to confirm their correctness by clicking on the “OK” button, after which the main form of the softphone will open.
The phrase “Ready” indicates that the connection attempt was successful, you can start calling.
